Peter and Hughes

This is a canon question: how do Peter and Hughes refer to and address each other at work?

I'm pretty sure that when they address each other directly it's by first names.

In Free Fall, Peter refers to him as "Hughes" - "I don't know, but Hughes doesn't look happy." In "Need to Know" Peter refers to him as "Hughes" - "Hughes is protecting me".

In none of the scenes between them in early S1 (Threads, Book of Hours, All In), does either man refer to the other by name. In Free Fall, Hughes calls Peter by his last name - "Burke, Caffrey escaped. and "Burke, find him."

We don't learn his first name until "Bad Judgment" when Hughes comes to Peter's house to tell him about the tape Fowler claims to have.

Does Peter ever call Hughes 'sir'?
